Frequently asked questions

Is the locker information on this page live free?
No. This page describes points to check and links to service provider information. This is because the number of available stations changes all the time and there is no central API that covers all stations.
Why the nearest exit might not suit your wallet
Nearest exits on the map may only include stairs. The elevator may be on the other side. Walking a little further on level ground is often easier than carrying your bag up the stairs.
How can I save data for offline viewing?
Select a station and press download offline data. The system will create an HTML file for the station on your device. Open and read without connecting to the internet.
Should I trust this information instead of signs in the station?
No. Construction work, elevators closed for repairs, and walking routes may change. Mainly use signs and announcements from the service provider on the day of travel.
